Due to the nature of our pre-launch and limited stock availability, returns will be accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt. We will gladly accept returns in the original shoe box and original shipping box for all unworn and undamaged products. Signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
A return label will be generated and sent to your email for an exchange or return. Please affix this label to the box and return to the nearest USPS. Once your return is processed a credit will be issued back to the original payment method. Once your exchange is received, the updated color and/or size will be re-sent.
The customer is responsible for the shipping of the returned items.
Your credit will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the return.
